Nicky Acreman RVN
Practice Manager and Head Nurse
Nicky has been practicing as a veterinary nurse since 2007, starting off her career in Bristol before moving to South Wales in 2014. She has worked in a variety of different practices, including a busy veterinary hospital in Bristol, where she did her training. Her last position was as a veterinary nurse at Weighbridge Referral Service, specialising in orthopaedic cases. She is now working with us at Campbell’s Veterinary Surgery as practice manager and head nurse. Nicky lives with her husband and they have four children between them, all grown up and have flown the nest. She has three cats, and until a few months ago also had a very old goldfish and a bearded dragon. Nicky loves reading novels, particularly science fiction and historical novels (Saxon and Viking especially), watching films and listening to music. She also enjoys riding a motorbike when the weather is a bit warmer. Nicky’s vision is to make Campbell’s a surgery where clients will get an excellent service and will be happy to continue to bring their beloved pets into our care.
